Decon Sh.P.K Electrical Engineer Prior to his current position, Genc worked as an Electrical Engineer at Decon Sh.P.K, an engineering company specializing in the production of electrical substations, medium voltage switchgears, and low voltage electrical panels. Profesor Bujar Pira, ka qenë gjithashtu pjesë e shumë projekteve ndërkombëtare të financuara nga Tempus dhe Erasmus+ në ngritjen e kapaciteteve, si dhe koordinator institucional për tri projekte ERAMUS+ (EUFORIA, CTPCIE dhe ResearchCult).
